Sean and Troy each ran five miles in 46 minutes and did 300 pushups and 300 set ups in 1hour and 12 minutes to qualify for their test.

The total of run and pushups and situps were 1 hour and 12 minutes.
The run by itself was 46 minutes
The pushups and setups were 26 minutes. Sorry for the confusion.
